Rent requirements

•󠁏󠁏 Minimum age 18 (25 years for Superbikes)

•󠁏󠁏 Valid passport

•󠁏󠁏 A Valid motorcycle driving license is legally required. An international Driving Permit (IPD) may also required under Thai law

•󠁏󠁏 Suitable riding experience is required

•󠁏󠁏 Proper licensing is strongly recommended for insurance validity!

Payments

•󠁏󠁏 Full Payment is required upon vehicle rental

•󠁏󠁏 Refundable Security Deposit can made by cash or credit card and will be refund unsing the orginal payment method after motorcycle has been returned and inspected

•󠁏󠁏 Cancellation within 48 hours before the rental start: 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable.

Conditions

•󠁏󠁏 No driving outside Thailand (only by prior arrangement)

•󠁏󠁏 The renter must inspect the motorcycle before departure

•󠁏󠁏 Any existing damage will be documented before handover

•󠁏󠁏 The motorcycle must be returned with all keys and accesories. Lost may incur a replacement charge

•󠁏󠁏 The renter is liable for any damage caused during the rental period that is not coverd by any insurance.

•󠁏󠁏 Addititinal mileage ฿10/km (Superbikes ฿20/km)

•󠁏󠁏 Tyre punctures and tyre damage are the responsibility of the renter

•󠁏󠁏 Traffic fines, tolls and parking fees are responsibility of the renter

•󠁏󠁏 Insurance does not cover every instance of fault – a deductible may apply.

•󠁏󠁏 The motorcycle must be returned with same fuel level as received

•󠁏󠁏 The renter must be immediately notifiy us in the event of an accident, theft, or mechanical issue

•󠁏󠁏 Any breach of these Terms & Conditions may resulut in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund

We reserve the right to refuse a rental if we believe that proceeding would be unsafe. This includes, among other things, insufficient driving experience, signs of impairment, invalid documentation, or false information provided during the booking process. Online booking are subject to these Rental Terms & Conditions. A separate Rental Agreement must be signed upon vehicle collection. By making a reservation, the renter agrees to both these Terms & Conditions and Rental Agreement.
