Rent requirements

•󠁏󠁏 Minimum age: 18 years (25 years for superbikes).

•󠁏󠁏 Valid passport.

•󠁏󠁏 A valid motorcycle driving licence is legally required. An International Driving Permit (IDP) may also be required under Thai law.

•󠁏󠁏 Suitable riding experience is required.

•󠁏󠁏 The renter is responsible for holding all licences required by Thai law. Failure to do so may invalidate insurance coverage and result in full liability for any damages.

Payments & Security Deposit

•󠁏󠁏 Full payment is required upon vehicle collection.

•󠁏󠁏 A refundable security deposit may be paid by cash or credit card and will be refunded using the original payment method after the motorcycle has been returned and successfully inspected.

•󠁏󠁏 As an alternative to cash or credit card, a valid original passport may be left as a security deposit.

•󠁏󠁏 Recommended: Worry-free rental - No deposit required with optional full bike Insurance.

•󠁏󠁏 Cancellations made within 48 hours before the rental start are eligible for a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable.

Conditions

•󠁏󠁏 Riding outside Thailand is not permitted unless approved in advance.

•󠁏󠁏 Racetrack driving is prohibited unless authorized in advance with an additional surcharge.

•󠁏󠁏 The renter must inspect the motorcycle before departure.

•󠁏󠁏 Any existing damage will be documented before handover.

•󠁏󠁏 The motorcycle must be returned with all keys and accessories. Lost or damaged keys, helmets, or accessories may incur replacement charges.

•󠁏󠁏 The renter is liable for any damage occurring during the rental period that is not covered by insurance.

•󠁏󠁏 Additional mileage: ฿10/km (Superbikes: ฿20/km).

•󠁏󠁏 Tyre punctures and tyre damage are the responsibility of the renter

•󠁏󠁏 Traffic fines, toll fees and parking charges are the responsibility of the renter.

•󠁏󠁏 Insurance does not cover all types of damage or liability. A deductible (excess) may apply.

•󠁏󠁏 The motorcycle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was collected.

•󠁏󠁏 The renter must notify us immediately in the event of an accident, theft or mechanical issue.

•󠁏󠁏 Any breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a rental if we believe that proceeding would be unsafe. This may include, but is not limited to, insufficient riding experience, signs of impairment, invalid documentation, or false information provided during the booking process. All online bookings are subject to these Rental Terms & Conditions. A separate Rental Agreement must be signed upon vehicle collection. By making a reservation, the renter acknowledges and agrees to both these Rental Terms & Conditions and the Rental Agreement.
